A true leader, Mr. Subhash Harjai places great emphasis on the development and mentorship of our teams, fostering a culture of leadership within our organization. Through his personal dedication, he has shaped Harjai Group into a thriving humane enterprise, recognized for its excellence and success. Armed with an electrical engineering degree from IIT BHU Mr. Harjai started his career at DCM Ltd. in Kota, Rajasthan and later moved to NOCIL in Mumbai, where he held several senior management positions, accumulating valuable experience along the way. With his wealth of knowledge, experience, and a clear strategic vision, Mr. Harjai has guided the company to new heights, constantly driving us to innovate and exceed expectations.

Managing Director Sanjay Harjai, a VJTI Mumbai alum, began his career as a software professional in the US and India before founding Harjai Talent and Harjai Software Consultants in 1995.

Arty Harjai

Mrs. Arty Harjai, our HR Director, has been instrumental in leading our transformation into a tech-driven force with a human touch since 1996. Her visionary leadership and dedication have played a crucial role in critical assignments and initiatives, attracting and nurturing top talent. Beyond Harjai Computers, Mrs. Harjai's diverse experience includes counseling at Springdale's School in New Delhi and Sunnyvale's School in California. This unique background provides her with a profound understanding of human behavior and the importance of fostering positive work environments. Guiding Harjai Global Gurukul (HGG): As the Full-Time Director of HGG, Mrs. Harjai imparts valuable guidance to students aspiring to study abroad, leveraging her counseling expertise to navigate the complexities of selecting a foreign university.

Sahil Harjai

Director, Talent Acquisition
Sahil Harjai, Director of Talent Acquisition, leverages his extensive experience and expertise to drive the transformation of the company's talent acquisition processes. Instrumental in shaping recruitment practices, Sahil ensures the acquisition of top- notch talent. His professional journey includes a role as a Technical Analyst at Credit Suisse, where he analyzed technical aspects in the financial industry. Sahil's educational background is equally impressive, with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technopreneurship from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2020. This program equipped him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship. Before his postgraduate studies, Sahil obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Engineering from COEP.
